Experience
Before becoming a recruiter, Rob was an M&A lawyer at Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York City from 1998 to 2005. Before that, he worked as a commercial litigator at Faegre & Benson LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota for four years, after completing a federal clerkship for the Honorable Martin L.C. Feldman in the Eastern District of Louisiana from 1993 to 1994.

Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Rob lives with his wife Amy, a managing director at a major advertising agency, and their young sons Sam and Gus in the West Village. Thanks to Sam and Gus, he now considers himself an expert in the city's best playgrounds and baseball diamonds.
