Jill D. Sacher
Jill joined Greene-Levin-Snyder in 2020 and focuses on lateral partnership recruitment. Her experience practicing law coupled with her career in Human Resources gives her a unique understanding of the career challenges facing attorneys as well as the business needs of law firms and corporations.
Prior to joining the legal search field, Jill practiced general commercial litigation at Szold & Brandwen, P.C. She then transitioned to Human Resources at Goldman Sachs where she managed the U.S. executive search practice. Her collaboration with internal hiring managers and external search firms offered her a meaningful perspective into the recruitment process. After taking time off to raise her three children, Jill participated in the Return to Work Program at Morgan Stanley, a competitive 12-week internship for women who have taken a career break and want to relaunch their careers. Upon joining Morgan Stanley full time, Jill worked in Experienced Recruiting and Talent Development where she designed and implemented various HR programs including recruitment process outsourcing, new hire orientation and learning programs.
Associations & Memberships
After living in Manhattan for over 20 years, Jill and her family – husband Gil, daughters Alexandra and Jordan, and son Joshua – moved to Westfield, New Jersey. Jill relishes spending time with family and friends and loves to garden, entertain and drink good red wine.
